About Jody Alyn
Jody Alyn is a nationally known expert on diversity and inclusion and President of Jody Alyn Consulting, a top provider of organizational development and inclusion-based change management services.
Jody’s clients span public, private, academic, and non-profit sectors. Jody has created a comprehensive diversity initiatives for corporate and governmental clients and built a number of non-profit organizations, including a ground-breaking, community conversation program that hosted Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel, spawned a Community Conversation on Race and served over 3,000 people in less than two years. Jody’s clients have won state and national diversity awards.
A professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and an acclaimed speaker and trainer, Jody weaves real-world stories into powerful messages with immediate application. Her positive and proven approaches to cultural change offer practical steps to benchmark business practices, build relationships, tap new markets and increase productivity and potential. Jody has published numerous articles, currently serves as editor of the NSA e-publication, Diversity Matters, and is writing a book series on achieving excellence through inclusive practices.
